A meeting of Alumni of P.G Department of Philosophy was held on 26^th December, 2021 at 11:00 A.M in the conference hall of the Department convened by DR. Manoranjan Mallick, the coordinator of the department, Prof. Bijayananda Kar formerly professor and a senior alumnus was on the chair in the absence of the executive president of the association. Around fifty members of the association were present in the meeting. The meeting started with one minute silent prayer as a mark of heavenly regard to the departed members of the association during 2021. With a positive attitude, the members openly discussed how to improve the activities of the association for the excellence and the growth of the department. Prof. Sarat Chandra Panigrahi, Dr. Biranchi Narayan Das, Dr. Basant Kumar dash, Dr. Harish Chandra Sahu, Dr. Madan Mohan Das, Dr. Sushanta Kr Pattanaik and others participated in the discussion.
