The MBA (Financial Management) programme of Utkal University is a specialized postgraduate programme designed to develop competent financial managers, business leaders, and policy-aware professionals. Established originally as the Master in Financial Control (MFC) in 1996 and restructured as MBA (Financial Management) in 2015, the programme integrates finance, accounting, corporate governance, financial analytics, and technology-enabled business practices. Through classroom learning, industry interaction, internships, seminars, and experiential exposure, the programme prepares students to address contemporary challenges in banking, financial services, corporate finance, investment management, and sustainable business development.
