The Utkal Historical Research Journal (UHRJ) stands as a UGC-CARE listed Peer-reviewed Journal, esteemed as one of the most prestigious publications across India. Since its inception in 1990, it has served as a platform for researchers to present their original ideas through fresh research endeavors. Published annually, the UHRJ has been instrumental in disseminating research findings in the field of history, garnering acclaim for its comprehensive coverage of various historical periods and its adherence to high academic and editorial standards.
Dedicated to promoting the highest quality and innovative research on Odishan, Indian, and South Asian History, the journal welcomes diverse theoretical and methodological perspectives. Operating as a self-sustaining entity, the UHRJ does not rely on funding from authors, institutions, or governments.
