The authors are requested to submittheir full version of unpublished paper using Springer templates (Word or LaTeXtemplates at https://www.springer.com/gp/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines) and send to the e-mail: uujcc@utkaluniversity.ac.in
The authors are advised to communicate regular paper comprising of sections ( Abstract, Introduction, Background work, Proposed methodology, Results and Conclusion ). For the time being the journal is not accepting Survey or Review kind of papers.
The plagiarism of the submitted paper need to follow the UGC guidelines in this regard.
The length of the paper must be within 10 to 14 pages.
The publication in the Utkal University Journal of Computing & Communications (UUJCC) does not requires the authors to pay a publication fee.
The journal will receive an ISSN number which is under processing at the moment. Further, it will be indexed with Scopus and Google Scholar shortly.

1. Open Access Policy
- All research articles published in the Utkal University Journal of Computing & Communications (UUJCC) will be made available online in a easily readable format with the requirement of any subscription or registration under a Creative Commons (CC) license.
2. Peer Review Policy:
- Every article submitted for consideration will go through a double-blind review process by two experts from the respective discipline.
- The reports for both reviewers will be considered for finalizing decision about the article. However, the Editor-in-Chief will have the final decision referring the both the review for an article.
- The publisher reserves the right to use plagiarism detecting software to screen submitted papers at any time and suspected plagiarism or duplicate publishing will be reported immediately.
