    Dr. BIKRAM KESARI RATHA
  • Late Dr. BIKRAM KESARI RATHA joined the department at
    Utkal University as Lecturer during 1991 and became Reader in 2012.
    Prior to this, he worked as a Lecturer at I.G.I.T, Saranga, from
    17.07.89 to 31.12.89, TA at I.I.T., Khargpur from 01.01.90 to
    04.03.90, Lecturer at I.G.I.T, Saranga, from 05.03.90 to 28.11.91,
    Professor at Dept. of CSE, NEPAL ENGINEERING, COLLEGE,
    Kathmandu, Nepal from 01.03.01 to 27.02.05(Pokhra University) and
    Professor & Head at School of Technology, (Lecture Sub Centre)
    S.R.T.M., UNIVERSITY, Nanded MAHARASHTRA from 30.09.11 to 02.06.12. He
    Completed his B.Sc. (Mathematics Hons) from OUAT, Bhubaneswar in 1984, MCA from
    Sambalpur University (NIT Rourkela) in 1989, ME(CSE) Sambalpur University (NIT
    Rourkela) in 1998 and Ph. D. (CS) from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar in 2010.
  • His areas of interests include: Software Engineering, Sensor Networks, Data Mining, ICT
    Applications. He has published his research work in several international Journal and
    conferences of repute. He has guided 10 Ph.D. scholars and several PG students. Besides
    these, he has served the Utkal university and others in different capacities.
